Who We Are
Declan brady
I am a psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, trainer/educator and organisational consultant. I hold qualifications in Gestalt Psychotherapy, Somatic Therapies and mindfulness-based practices and computer science.
I have been supporting people to develop and grow in various contexts over the last 20 years. Whether in one-on-one therapy sessions, group process, executive coaching or training, I am passionate about assisting people to explore their inner world within the context of their relationships with loved ones, their communities and their work and to develop their capacity to live their life to the fullest.
I have a specialisation in working with trauma using somatic experiencing, Brainspotting, compassionate mindfulness and non-dual approaches, supporting individuals to work through traumatic experiences that may be keeping them stuck, utilising the inherent wisdom of their embodied selves and employing evidence-based interventions to support and restore their nervous system to better functioning.
I’ve had a lifelong interested in exploring the depths of the human experience and have pursued this interest through reading widely across the “wisdom traditions” and engaging in ongoing practices such as Martial arts, yoga, Tai-Chi and meditation. Most recently this has been focused on non-dual practices and cultivating presence and stillness available in the here-and-now.
I am a clinical supervisor and trainer/educator supporting the next generation of psychotherapists. My colleagues reportedly enjoy my cheeky irreverent Irish sense of humour.
John Gordon
I am a Psychotherapist, meditation and integrative healer.
For over two decades, I have supported individuals, groups and communities through the art of inner transformation
My work brings together psychotherapy, somatic practices, meditation and shamanic energy practices in offering a deeply intuitive and integrative path. I draw from both contemporary evidence based approaches and ancestral wisdom to support people in moments of transition, when the old ways no longer serve and something more authentic is ready to emerge.
I hold a Grad Diploma in Gestalt Psychotherapy and have also a Bachelor of Economics. Over the years I’ve worked in both clinical and private settings, with individuals and groups, adolescents and adults.
Although my work remains rooted in the here and now orientation of Gestalt, it has organically evolved through years of continued study and experierice. I’ve integrated somatic approaches, inner child work (Jungian based), and parts-based inquiry, as well as nervous system regulation. This evolving synthesis allows me to meet each person in a way that is attuned, trauma-informed, and grounded in both psychology and presence. I am also passionate in working with Couples and Men’s Group.
I am married to an amazing woman and am a loving father.
